Our 2nd time within 5 months of using Arlingtons. First time in October 2025 when we lost our dad. From the first time we met David we knew instantly we were in good hands. The care and compassion shown towards us as a family was just the comfort we needed when trying to navigate through such difficult times. Planning a funeral for your loved one is so difficult, David and the team at Arlingtons made the process so seamless and took away the stress and pressure. Arlingtons organised everything, the Church, the cemetery, the venue for after the funeral. David highly recommended florists and headstone companies. Arlingtons made us feel like we were their only priority. Then fast forward to March 2026, we lost our mum, “the Gaffer”. There was only one person we thought of to call, that was our friend David. Again, we were in good hands with David. We felt prioritised again. When visiting the chapel of rest, this time we officially met Tracy. Tracy was full of so much love, she told us she looked after my mum, and she was in awe, the warmth and love from Tracy was such a huge comfort in such a difficult time. It was obvious to see that Tracy loves what she does. Arlingtons yet again excelled themselves, although we knew what to expect this time around, Arlingtons took care of everything and took the stress and pressure away. We cannot thank Arlingtons enough, at both funerals, all staff involved were simply incredible and made sure the days ran smoothly. Arlingtons we appreciate you and Thank you for everything you have done for us, you gave both parents the best send off they deserved and fulfilled their final wishes. I went to say goodbye to a dear friend today, was met by Tracy such a lovely lady with a soft soothing comforting voice and manner. My friend had suffered before her passing due to cancer which had taken its toll on her beautiful self, but Tracy had restored Jeanette's beautiful face and she looked so peaceful and simply looked like she was sleeping so lovely to see.
